WASHINGTON – On Feb. 22, Secretary of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson will bring together current and former state and city chief executives for a panel discussion entitled “Leadership in Times of Crisis,” to discuss the challenges of leading during incidents that range from terrorist attacks to natural disasters.
Connecticut Governor Dannel Malloy, Missouri Governor Jay Nixon, former Pennsylvania Governor Tom Ridge, former Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick, and former Minneapolis Mayor R.T. Rybak will participate in the discussion. Panelists will share their insights into decision making, lessons learned from governing, and communication strategies during times of crisis.
