ICE and CBP Will Announce Year-End Immigration Enforcement Statistics

WASHINGTON – The Department of Homeland Security will host a press conference tomorrow, Tuesday, December 5 at 10AM ET to announce end-of-year numbers regarding immigration enforcement, border security and national security. The participants will also discuss how the Department will work to stop illegal immigration, secure the border, and protect American jobs.

The press conference will be attended by Tom Homan, Senior Official Performing the Duties of the Director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Ronald D. Vitiello, Acting Deputy Commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and Francis Cissna, Director of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

Following the press briefing, CBP and ICE will host media calls to provide an in-depth analysis on their year-end numbers.
