WASHINGTON – On April 26, Secretary of Homeland Security John Kelly and Acting U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Director Tom Homan will participate in a press conference to announce the opening of the new Victims of Immigration Crime Engagement Office (VOICE).
