The DHS Tribal Resource Guide is a comprehensive catalog of resources within DHS available to Indian Country. This guide provides tribes with information on the Department’s offices and components, available training programs, initiatives that impact tribal nations, key contact information, and more.

Created with the founding principle of protecting the American people from terrorist and other threats, DHS and its many partners across the federal government, public and private sectors, and communities throughout the country have strengthened the homeland security enterprise to better mitigate and defend against dynamic threats.

Private sector partners who want to participate in the homeland security enterprise will find a valuable collection of resources from across the agency to assist that effort. This catalogue, published in PDF format for easy download, is available as a full 66-page document or by individual chapters.

Cell-site simulators are invaluable law enforcement tools that locate or identify mobile devices during active criminal investigations. They allow law enforcement to locate both subjects of an investigation and their victims.
