Individuals needing assistance may also file a request online. If you need help with a case that is pending with USCIS and you have exhausted your options with USCIS’s customer service, you can contact the Ombudsman’s Office for assistance.

Language assistance: Service is available in English and Spanish.
Inquiries receive a response from the Ombudsman within 30 business days. The Ombudsman seeks to resolve all inquiries within 90 days of filing with the office.
