To support Executive Order 13985, Advancing Racial Equity and Support for Underserved Communities through the Federal Government, and the core mission of the Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) of maximizing prime and subcontracting opportunities for small businesses, the OSDBU is hosting two (2) virtual Large Prime Contractor-Small Business Vendor Outreach Matchmaking Events (VOME).

The Department of Homeland Security is proud to receive a grade of “A+” from the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) Fiscal Year (FY) 2020 Annual Small Business Procurement Scorecard. This is the twelfth consecutive year DHS has earned a grade of “A” on the scorecard and the fifth consecutive year the Department has earned a grade of “A+,” the highest score possible.
