“Today, Jan. 2, 2014, Secretary of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson will travel to Brownsville, Texas with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Acting Commissioner Thomas Winkowski to attend the memorial service for CBP Officer Darrell Jean Windhaus, who passed away while on duty this past Sunday.”
