August 5, 2014 - The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science and Technology (S&T) Directorate announced today the selection of Stevens Institute of Technology (SIT) and University of Alaska Anchorage4 (UAA) as co-leads for a new Center of Excellence for Maritime Research (CMR). S&T will provide each CMR partner with an initial $1 million cooperative agreement for operations through June, 2015.
