The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) U.S. Coast Guard Art Program (COGAP) is an outreach tool for educating diverse audiences about the United States Coast Guard (USCG). COGAP relies on contributions and works of art provided by its members to tell the story of the service’s missions, heroes, and history. This Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) is being conducted because COGAP collects personally identifiable information (PII) from members of the public. May 2018
