Master Trainer Program One-Pager

The National Threat Evaluation and Reporting Office's Master Trainer Program certifies Federal, State, Local, Tribal, and Territorial (F/SLTT) partners in the instruction of Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management techniques and best practices.

This instructor development and certification program prepares F/SLTT partners to train their local communities and empower homeland partners to mitigate threats and prevent acts of targeted violence.
