The Department of Homeland Security Evaluation and Evidence Plans outline areas for evidence to improve program or policy effectiveness, assess progress toward outcomes, and inform resource management. The learning agenda, annual evaluation plans, evaluation policy, and capacity assessments support the Department’s implementation of the Foundations for Evidence Based Policymaking Act of 2018 (‘Evidence Act’).
