Retention Memo to USCIS and ICE Concerning Competency in Protection Screening

CRCL received complaints alleging a failure to address competency concerns of individuals detained by ICE and interviewed by USCIS as part of the credible fear and reasonable fear screening processes. The purpose of this memorandum is to notify USCIS and ICE of the complaints, describe the allegations, and inform USCIS and ICE that CRCL retained these complaints for investigation.
