CRCL received complaints alleging multiple deficiencies during the credible fear and reasonable fear screening processes at the USCIS Houston Asylum Office relating to civil rights. The purpose of this memorandum is to notify USCIS of the complaints, describe the allegations, and inform USCIS that CRCL retained these complaints for investigation.
