Products contract vehicles offer DHS customers access to office management products; non-protective apparel such as uniforms; and other miscellaneous products as needed.

  • HSAR

    The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Acquisition Regulation is issued for Departmental guidance according to the policy cited in the Federal Acquisition Regulation 48 Code of Federal Regulations 1.301. The regulation establishes uniform DHS policies and procedures for all acquisition activities within the DHS. The regulation is issued by the Chief Procurement Officer who is the DHS Senior Procurement Executive. The regulation is codified at 48 CFR Chapter 30.
