John is a U.S. Navy veteran and has served for over 40 years in military, state, and federal agencies. He is a leadership trainer, motivational speaker, and best-selling author. John earned a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Norwich University and a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies/Communications from Excelsior College.
