The Office of Innovation and Collaboration is the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science and Technology Directorate's (S&T's) conduit to a broad network of external partners. It provides the homeland security community outreach and access to partnerships with world-class subject matter experts, resources and innovative tools. It leverages external relationships with other government agencies, industry, foreign partners, and academia to provide S&T programs, DHS components, and the vast homeland security network with access to innovative security solutions.
