Remotely Operated Underwater Vehicle Systems

Remotely Operated Underwater Vehicle Systems

Remotely operated underwater vehicle (ROV) systems can be equipped with sonar and video technologies operating simultaneously for side-by-side acoustic and visual image display. These systems are used by responders in place of dive teams or with dive teams to conduct inspections of submerged structures or objects.

The Focus Group Report, Market Survey Report, and Assessment Report on Remotely Operated Underwater Vehicle Systems are limited distribution documents, and are available in the SAVER Community on First Responder Communities of Practice (FRCoP).
