Maturing DHS Institutional Risk Capabilities Fact Sheet

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science and Technology Directorate (S&T), in coordination with the RAND Corporation’s Homeland Security Operational Analysis Center (HSOAC) aims to advance institutional risk analysis capabilities to support the Department’s resilience and readiness programs. HSOAC will provide research and analysis in the form of a report providing key insights to advance the practice of risk analysis across the Homeland Security Enterprise.
